As a Concept Artist (and hopefully a future Art Director) I'm quite curious about the tools and pipelines other artists in game dev use to gain a better understanding of what they need from the concept department, and hopefully apply some of their tricks to my own work!
This was my most recent case study, where I integrated a custom face and groom into the metahuman rig -with almost zero crashes! I also took the chance to go a bit deeper with my Unreal camera, lighting and post-processing skills, as I hardly ever render in engine anymore.
3D is a medium I often use as a supporting complemet to my regular work, or even for a fun break whenever I need a rest from my usual 2D duties but still feel creative. Overal this was a nice practice to learn and I'm quite happy with the result. Enjoy!
